Why Start the Firm
For me, launching hospitality nomads was a natural next transition, one built on years of experience, reflection, and a deep commitment to the essence of hospitality.
Over decades of leading some of the world's most celebrated resorts, I've learned that real transformation often happens in the first 180 to 270 days of leadership. That window when fresh perspective meets opportunity is often missed or misused.
I've also watched hospitality shift. Too often, we chase aggressive KPIs at the cost of genuine connection. But I believe the heart of hospitality is, and always should be beautifully simple:
